The excessive use of cellphones cause anxiety in college students

Researchers at the University of Kent, Ohio, USA, found that the constant use of mobile phones by university can increase your anxiety levels and reduce their school performance.

In a study of 500 young people at the University of Kent, scientists Jacob Barkley, Aryn Karpinski and Andrew Lepp concluded that indicators of happiness and satisfaction of participants often connected were smaller than those of students who did not use the device so regularity.
